You’ve been managing, distracting, and pushing through for as long as you can remember. On the outside, it probably looks like you’re doing just fine. You’re capable, successful, and many would say you have it all together.

But on the inside, it feels unsteady. Anxiety spirals. Shame sneaks in. Exhaustion piles up. Self-doubt creeps in. Sometimes it’s hard to believe there’s another way to be- a softer, steadier way that honors your humanity.

I work with people who are exhausted from holding it all together, even though they’ve mastered the art of doing so. You’re the one others rely on. You know how to push through, stay capable, and keep moving. And you can keep doing that. But it costs you.

Work with me is a place to stop bracing. A place to set some of it down. You get to experiment with having needs, with not being the strong one all. the. time. Together, we create space to listen to what’s underneath the productivity and the competence, and help you find your way back to feeling at home in yourself, like a homecoming you didn’t realize you were longing for.

I’m an EMDR consultant and therapy-practice expert, here to guide you through challenging cases or the growth of your business. I thrive on helping therapists notice what’s stirring, tune into what matters most, and respond with deep alignment.

I guide therapists through the journey of building or expanding a practice. We focus on creating systems, leadership, and workflows that actually support your life—so you can grow without burning out or losing yourself along the way.
