Meet megan

You don’t have to keep carrying this alone.

I’m a Denver-based therapist specializing in helping individuals soften: their nervous systems, relationships, and businesses.

I want you to hear this:

Healing deepens when you slow down enough to listen to what your body has been carrying.

At the core of my approach to therapy is a belief that everything you need is already inside of you.

Even the parts that feel confusing, overwhelming, or stuck are not problems to be fixed. They are intelligent responses shaped by your history, your relationships, and what your nervous system needed to do to survive.

I believe that when we practice deep, attuned listening, to your words, your body, and what’s been pushed aside for a long time, clarity naturally emerges. Healing doesn’t come from forcing change, but from understanding what’s actually asking for attention.

How I work

Central to my therapeutic approach is that deep listening creates resolution.

Rather than focusing solely on insight or symptom management, we pay close attention to what’s happening in the present moment — in your nervous system, your body, and the relational space between us.

In sessions with me, we move thoughtfully and collaboratively. I’ll help you notice subtle cues, patterns, and responses that often get overlooked, and together we’ll follow them with curiosity rather than judgment. This work is grounded, experiential, and deeply respectful of your system’s wisdom.

I also bring this same lens into my consultation work. Whether I’m supporting clinicians with complex cases, EMDR processing, or practice growth, my goal is the same: to truly hear what’s underneath, identify what’s being missed, and help things move with more ease and clarity.

Therapy with me is…

01 attuned

I listen closely: not just to what you say, but to how your body responds, what shifts moment to moment, and what’s been waiting to be heard. Nothing is rushed or overlooked. Your cues lead the way.

02 embodied

We work with your nervous system, not around it. Using Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, we stay present with sensation, emotion, and impulse so your body can finally process and release what it’s been holding.

03 collaborative

This isn’t something I do to you, but it’s something we explore together. Your experience is the authority, and my role is to help you make sense of it with curiosity, care, and clarity.

04 restorative

The goal isn’t to fix or override you. It’s to help your system settle, reconnect, and reorganize in a way that really works for you. You won’t just find insight, but relief.
